Step 1: Check Shopify Product Inventory
- Open your Shopify store.
- Find a product that doesn’t have any inventory (e.g., a product with 0 quantity available).
- Click on the product to open its details and check the current stock.
Step 2: Adjust Inventory in Warehance
- In Warehance, go to the product settings for the same item.
- If the product doesn’t have inventory, adjust the quantity:
- Choose a location.
- Add the desired amount of inventory (e.g., 150 units).
Step 3: Enable Inventory Sync in Shopify
- In Warehance, go to Stores and click into your Shopify store settings.
- In the settings, locate the Sync Shopify Inventory option.
- Enable this setting by checking the box and click Save.
Step 4: Wait for Inventory Sync
- After saving, the sync will happen automatically within 30 to 60 seconds.
- Go back to your Shopify product page and refresh the page.
- You should now see the updated inventory under the "Warehance" location.
Step 5: Confirm Inventory Availability in Shopify
- After refreshing, check that the updated inventory is available in your Shopify store.
Now your Shopify inventory is syncing with Warehance in real time!
