Cancel a Pick Session

Cancelling Before Picking Starts:

• If you haven't started picking yet, press the back arrow next to the Multi-Icon.
• This will immediately send you back to the previous screen and cancel the pick session

Cancelling After Picking Has Begun:

• Begin picking items. Once items have been picked, the pick session is in progress.

Step 1: Prompt for Canceling

• When you try to press the back button after starting the pick session, you’ll see a prompt asking if you want to cancel the session.

Step 4: Select Inventory Handling Option

• Select whether you would like to move the picked inventory back to its original location or leave it in the totes.
• If you choose to move it back, the inventory will be returned to its original location. If you leave it in the totes, it remains there.

Step 5: Confirm the Cancellation

• Make sure to tick the checkbox confirming the movement of inventory and press “Confirm.”
• After confirming, the pick session will be successfully canceled.
