Step 1: Access Your Warehance Settings
- In Warehance, go to your Settings page.
- From the settings menu, navigate to the Stores section.
Step 2: Add a New WooCommerce Store
- Click on the option to Add a WooCommerce Store.
- Select which client this store will be associated with (if applicable).
- Enter a name for your WooCommerce store (e.g., "My WooCommerce").
Step 3: Obtain API Credentials from WooCommerce
- Log in to your WooCommerce dashboard.
- Go to WooCommerce > Settings.
- Navigate to the Advanced tab, then select REST API.
Step 4: Generate API Keys
- Click Add Key in the REST API section.
- Enter a description for the key (e.g., “Warehance Test Key”).
- Choose the User the API key will be assigned to.
- Set Permissions to Read/Write
- .Click Generate API Key.
Step 5: Retrieve the API Key and Secret
- After generating the API key, you will receive a Consumer Key and a Consumer Secret.
- Copy these two credentials.
Step 6: Enter the API Credentials in Warehance
- Return to Warehance, and input the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret into the corresponding fields.
- For the URL Host, enter the URL of your WooCommerce store.
Step 7: Connect the Store
- After entering all the required information, click Connect.
- Warehance will now integrate with your WooCommerce store.
Once connected, Warehance will start syncing your WooCommerce store data, including inventory and orders.
