How to Pause Shipping for a Specific Client

Step 1: Access the Settings

  • Go to the top right-hand corner of the screen and click on your profile icon.
  • In the dropdown menu, select Settings.

Step 2: Navigate to Client Settings

  • On the left-hand side menu, click on Clients.
  • Find the client for whom you want to pause shipping and click on their name to open their profile.

Step 3: Open the Shipping Settings

  • Once you're in the client's profile, you will see three tabs: General, Users, and Settings.
  • Click on the Settings tab.

Step 4: Pause Shipping

  • Scroll down until you find the Shipping Settings section.
  • On the right-hand side, there is a checkbox labeled Shipping Paused.
  • Check this box and click Save Changes.

Step 5: Confirm Paused Shipping

  • To ensure shipping is paused, go to one of the client’s orders.
  • Under the Ready to Ship section, you will see that Ready to Ship is set to No, and Pickable will also be set to No.
