How to Pause Shipping for a Specific Client

Step 1: Access the Settings
- Go to the top right-hand corner of the screen and click on your profile icon.
- In the dropdown menu, select Settings.
Step 2: Navigate to Client Settings
- On the left-hand side menu, click on Clients.
- Find the client for whom you want to pause shipping and click on their name to open their profile.
Step 3: Open the Shipping Settings
- Once you're in the client's profile, you will see three tabs: General, Users, and Settings.
- Click on the Settings tab.
Step 4: Pause Shipping
- Scroll down until you find the Shipping Settings section.
- On the right-hand side, there is a checkbox labeled Shipping Paused.
- Check this box and click Save Changes.
Step 5: Confirm Paused Shipping
- To ensure shipping is paused, go to one of the client’s orders.
- Under the Ready to Ship section, you will see that Ready to Ship is set to No, and Pickable will also be set to No.
