Video Tutorial
Step 1:
To activate or deactivate a client, click on the drop-down menu next to your profile image in the top right hand corner of the screen, and select "settings".
Step 2:
A new menu will appear on the left hand side of the screen under “Account Settings”. Select the “Clients” option.
Step 3:
A new table will appear, displaying all active and inactive clients. There will be a toggle option under the "Active" column. In order to deactivate a client, simply click once on the toggle and the toggle should slide to the left and no longer be highlighted.
Step 4:
In order to reactivate a client, click on the toggle once more. The client is active when the toggle is highlighted with the slider positioned at the right of the toggle.
