To update an automation rule, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Automation Rules:
- Access the left-hand side menu and click on "Automation Rules."
- Select the Rule to Update:
- Find and click on the name of the automation rule you want to update.
- Update Automation Rule Page:
- You'll be taken to the Update Automation rule page, similar to the Create Automation rule page, but pre-filled with existing information. The title will indicate "Update Automation."
- Edit Rule Details:
- Modify any existing information, including the automation rule name, trigger, conditions, and action.
- Add New Conditions:
- To add a new OR condition, click on "Add OR."
- Select the desired condition from the drop-down menu, such as "CUSTOMER STATE CONDITION."
- Specify the condition details, like ensuring the customer state is not Arizona.
- Confirm and Update:
- Click "UPDATE AUTOMATION" to save the changes.
