Updating Automation Rules

To update an automation rule, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Automation Rules:
    • Access the left-hand side menu and click on "Automation Rules."
  2. Select the Rule to Update:
    • Find and click on the name of the automation rule you want to update.
  3. Update Automation Rule Page:
    • You'll be taken to the Update Automation rule page, similar to the Create Automation rule page, but pre-filled with existing information. The title will indicate "Update Automation."
  4. Edit Rule Details:
    • Modify any existing information, including the automation rule name, trigger, conditions, and action.
  5. Add New Conditions:
    • To add a new OR condition, click on "Add OR."
    • Select the desired condition from the drop-down menu, such as "CUSTOMER STATE CONDITION."
    • Specify the condition details, like ensuring the customer state is not Arizona.
  6. Confirm and Update:
    • Click "UPDATE AUTOMATION" to save the changes.
