Hello and happy Friday! This week, we’re introducing the Batch Reconciliation Dashboard, a new way to catch the gap between printing a label and a carrier actually scanning the package. Quickly spot missing scans, track batch scan rates, and catch shipments that may have slipped through the cracks before they become a problem.

We’ve also rolled out a few helpful updates across orders and inventory, with more shipping improvements on the way.

Batch Reconciliation Dashboard

Printing a label doesn’t always mean a package made it onto the truck. The new Batch Reconciliation Dashboard makes that gap visible, so missing shipments can be caught before they become customer problems.

Track every batch from Labels Printed → Scanned → Delivered, with a clear Scan Rate showing how many packages the carrier actually picked up. Batches are flagged as Fully Scanned or Missing Scans, making exceptions easy to spot and investigate.

• Instantly flag batches with missing carrier scans
• Drill down from daily summaries to individual shipments
• Filter by date, client, batch type, and status
• Break down unscanned shipments by carrier and client

Whether you’re reconciling shipments at the end of the day, tracking carrier performance, or catching packages that slipped through the cracks, you can quickly answer one important question: Did everything actually go out?
