Warehance Weekly | Edition 32

March 6th, 2026 | Edition 32

Hello and happy Friday! This week we’re introducing improved visibility into approved billing charges across orders, shipments, and returns, making it easier to understand the costs tied to warehouse activity. You’ll also find several operational enhancements and a preview of what’s currently in development.

Feature Spotlight

Approve Charges on Order Shipment Return Pages

A new charges table on the Order Details page now shows all approved billing charges tied to an order, giving operators a clear view of costs generated throughout the fulfillment process.

The table aggregates charges from activities such as picking, shipments, shipment parcels, returns, and other billable order actions. Only charges from approved bills are displayed, ensuring the data reflects finalized billing activity.

The same approved charge information is also visible on shipment and return pages, and a total charges value at the top of the table summarizes all approved charges associated with the order.

Core takeaway: A centralized view of approved billing charges across orders, shipments, and returns—making it easier to understand costs tied to warehouse activity.
