Hello and happy Friday! We’re excited to introduce Automatic Billing, a powerful new way to automate recurring bill runs with flexible schedules and predictable timing. You’ll also find enhancements to reports, inbound history, and store tools, as well as a look at what’s coming next.

Automatic Billing

Automated billing allows you to create recurring bill runs for one or many clients, all tied to a billing profile. Flexible scheduling supports daily runs, selected weekdays, or specific days of the month, with precise control over the exact time bills generate. Advanced mode lets you define the billing period covered by each schedule, and you can set up multiple schedules for the same billing configuration.

Bills are generated instantly as drafts today, with auto-approval coming soon. Email and Slack notifications will also be available to keep your team informed whenever bills are created.
