Warehance Weekly

November 21st, 2025 | Edition 17

Happy Friday, warehouse warriors! We’re keeping momentum strong this week with a brand-new automation capability built to save time and eliminate manual order cleanup, plus several enhancements that make day-to-day operations even smoother.

Feature Spotlight

Bulk Run Automation

Take the manual work out of fixing or updating historical orders. Bulk Run Automation allows you to instantly apply any existing automation rule to a large group of orders, even if those orders were created before the rule existed.

Once you’ve built or updated an automation, simply filter or select the orders you want and run it. No recreating rules, no waiting, no tedious one-by-one edits. Just click, apply, and move forward.

Bulk Run Automation is ideal for retroactive updates and cleanup tasks such as:

• Applying tags or order notes
• Updating statuses and priorities
• Assigning batches
• Correcting or enriching data
• Triggering new workflows based on updated conditions

Configure once, apply anywhere, and keep your operation clean, consistent, and scalable, no matter how many orders are already in motion.
